Film fell by 49.62 per cent on average, with a maximum decline of 77.32 per cent, staplers by 83.93 per cent on average and a maximum decline of 96.29 per cent, and the province is expected to save 0.694 billion yuan in procurement funds a year. From the perspective of the selected variety structure, most of the mainstream varieties currently used in the province are selected. The selected products have complete specifications and models, reasonable price distribution, and sufficient supply guarantee, which can better meet clinical needs.

Since Jiangsu took the lead in purchasing coronary stent tape in the country last year, it has continuously expanded the range of medical consumables tape procurement, involving cardiovascular, neurology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery and other categories. The dry film purchased in this round belongs to ordinary medical consumables, with low approval level of registration certificate and special purpose for special planes, which has higher requirements for accompanying services. The variety of stapler is complex, with large clinical usage and many departments, such as stent anastomosis, which need to be used. There are many production enterprises and the quality is uneven. According to statistics, the provincial platform now has 90 registered film production enterprises, of which 58 have sales volume, with an annual sales amount of about 0.97 billion yuan. The provincial platform now has 112 registered stapler production enterprises, including 76 stapler enterprises with annual sales amount of about 1.3 billion yuan.

The alliance has a procurement cycle of 2 years and the agreed procurement volume is 80% of the annual procurement volume. The provincial medical insurance bureau takes the lead, with the medical insurance bureaus of Huai 'an, Yangzhou and Taizhou participating in the organization and implementation, and the discipline inspection personnel dispatched by the provincial discipline inspection commission participating in the supervision of the whole process.
